Shipping & Return Policy


Shipping Policy:

**Due to the corona virus, international shipments may take longer than normal to arrive.**

- All orders placed before 11:00 am EST will be processed and ready to ship the same day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday - Sunday will be processed over the weekend and ready to ship Monday (permitting no holiday). 
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates.
- When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

**We strongly urge customers to select USPS priority over USPS first class for shipments. The USPS does not provide insurance for damage or theft when choosing first class shipping.**

Return Policy:

Since kava is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If the product is unopened and you would like to return, simply mail back to:

Once received, we will process your return with a full refund for the cost of the Unopened Kava.
